A message from the Booster Club:
Volunteer for concessions today! The Wilson Booster Club manages concession sales at games. All profits are returned to Wilson clubs and sports. In order to offer concessions, volunteers are needed to prepare and sell hot dogs, popcorn, etc. Sign up to help today at http://signup.com/go/VJ19f3. No experience necessary! If you are new to concession volunteering you'll be trained when you arrive. This is a fun way to give back to the Wilson community.

Team Just Cure It! - Wilson High School student athletes are raising money to help fight cancer!
Wilson High School sophomores Emma Laboe and Lily Conway are heading up team Just Cure It! as part of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Student of the Year campaign. This is a seven-week initiative in which select high school students from around the country participate in a fundraising competition to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Emma, Lily, and their team are asking for your support in helping them raising money for this incredible cause.
Funds raised will not only support LLS-funded research but will help provide critical information and support for patients, and support advocacy for laws to ensure patients can access the care and treatments they need.

On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere we thank you for your support!
Let's go team "Just Cure It!"
The Women’s Basketball Program capped off a big week with an impressive road win at Cleveland on Friday after they battled it out with Benson on Tuesday in a losing effort. On Friday, it was a balanced attack with Lizzie and Allie pouring in 17 each. It was a big win as they continue to improve week in and week out. The JV and JV2 won at Benson and Cleveland as well. The program will travel to Franklin on Wednesday and we will host Madison on Friday.
The Men’s Basketball Program took on the Techsters on Tuesday and couldn’t overcome their 3-point onslaught. Benson was on fire from the behind the arch. On Friday it was a different story as Colin Anderson was on fire from three hitting six three pointers in a big win for the Varsity squad. We will host Franklin on Wednesday and then travel to Madison on Friday.
The Unified Basketball Team capped off an impressive weekend improving to 5-0 on the season after winning the Tournament out at Forest Grove High School. The squad beat Oregon City, West Linn, and Roosevelt. We will host Parkrose on Tuesday at 3:30pm
The Wrestling Program had another big week as they prepare for Districts coming up. Madyson Day, Emily Wood, and Zera Stoll all traveled to Liberty High School for the OSAA Women’s Regional State Qualifying Tournament. Madyson Day finished fifth for the Tournament and in the Top Ten for the State! On Thursday, we hosted the PIL Youth Wrestling Teams before our dual against Cleveland. It was great to see all the Youth Wrestlers from around the league! We faced off against a very tough Cleveland Wrestling Program and battled it out but came up short in our efforts. Next up for the Program will be Varsity and JV Districts.
On Wednesday, the Swim Program took on Lincoln at Columbia Pool. We competed hard but came up short and had our first loss of the season to a PIL opponent. The loss all but assured a 2nd place finish this year in the PIL. On Friday, they will travel to Dishman for the Varsity Districts Prelims.
I can’t thank our student-athletes and coaches for all of their hard work and dedication this Winter! It has been great to see our programs continually strive for excellence in all they do representing Wilson High School is class and character! We March On!
