Greetings Sports Fans!
A couple of quick things regarding Wilson Athletics-
Season 2-We are working with the PIL, OSAA, and word from the Governor's Office on what Season 2 might look like for Wilson Athletics. Currently, Football and Volleyball are still in limbo and we do not have any definitive answer if they will be offered during Season 2. There is a strong possibility that XC and Soccer will be available during Season 2. Stay tuned for more information.
Family ID-As soon as we get clarification on Season 2, we will open up Family ID for registration.
Loprinzi Scholarship-The Loprinzi program allows any high school senior to apply for the scholarship.
  • Deadline is March 1st
  • A new $1,000 scholarship is awarded to the school finalist from each of the program high schools.
  • Then the school finalists are considered for the three $8,000 awards that are given to the overall finalists.
  • All the information and application links can be found here -
  • Criteria – the candidate is a good student, community minded and involved, an athlete and has financial need.
Oregon Women Sports Leadership Conference-
The Oregon Women Sports Leadership Network Workshop presented by Moda Health, is an opportunity for women involved in athletics to connect.  Additionally, it is intended to encourage women to become involved in athletics beyond teaching and coaching. We are excited to announce that, due to the virtual platform, we are able to offer this workshop free of cost!

In order to attend our 2021 Workshop, please fill out the registration form below.  Attendance at the 2021 workshop also provides the opportunity to visit the Nike Employee Store the weekend following the workshop from 2/12 - 2/14.  Please note that you must register and attend the workshop in order to gain access.

The 2021 Workshop will be held on Saturday, February 6th from 9am - 11:30am via Zoom. The link for the meeting will be emailed out to registrants the morning of the workshop.

Registration is open now and can be found here.

NFHS Coach of the Year-We are pleased to announce that Thor Esbensen has been awarded the NFHS Cross Country Coach of the Year Award for the State of Oregon. A great accomplishment!

PIL/OSAA Eligibility- A reminder that any student-athlete that plans on participating in Season 2-4 needs to be enrolled in 3 of 4 classes to maintain eligibility.

Thank you and take care!
